Throughout the nineties the Maltese Islands experienced a period of intense activity in the property and construction sectors. It was during this period that the Satariano Property Development Arm begun to undertake a number of medium scale residential development projects. The Division gradually grew throughout the nineties and by the end of the 20th century it had developed and sold around 100 apartments and maisonettes in both top-end and medium-end localities.

Two further developments, located in two of Malta's most exclusive addresses, were completed in 2003 having 26 and 16 luxuriously finished apartments.

Today, various companies within the group are awaiting planning permission to embark on a modest number of mid and up-market residential developments.
