Tas-Sellum Residence is planned to be a standard setting seafront development with most apartments having stunning superb sea and country views. It is set in the north of the island in the village of Mellieha.

Satariano's project management team have been awarded the contract for internal floor tiling, external balcony and terrace tiling, bathroom floor and wall tiling and the supply of all bathroom fittings and accessories for all the approximately 160 apartments that make up the project.

 All apartment owners have been given the opportunity to personalise their apartments and liaise with Satariano for their chosen finishes. Our project team are in regular contact with our sales, logistics and procurement personnel to ensure that the owners selection is successfully installed in their apartment within the appropriate time frame and to the satisfaction of all interested parties.
