Satariano-led consortium to complete Midi’s Q1 apartments

SSPA, a joint venture company led by R. Satariano & Son Ltd and made up of Saw Ltd, AASK Ltd and Project Technik Ltd, has been appointed to finish the new Q1 apartments in the Midi project at Tigné Point. The apartments, which were all sold off-plan, will be supplied with top-quality finishes and products.

The finishes include the supply of Ideal Standard bathrooms, large-format floor tiles by Ceramica Rex and floor tiling by Porcelanosa.

Saw Ltd will be responsible for the supply of joinery items such as internal and main fire doors, decking, wooden parquet flooring and vanity units. AASK Enterprises Ltd has been entrusted with the design and installation of mechanical and electrical services, including plumbing installations, using Wavin EKO PLASTIK PPR pipes and fittings and the fire-fighting and sprinkler system.

Project Technik Ltd will be responsible for internal finishes related to plastering and painting works and the supply and installation of gypsum ceilings and partitions by Italian manufacturer Fibran.

Project management is by IAS Architects and Structural Engineering Consultants, led by Stephen Grech.

Midi CEO Luke Coppini said SSPA had been selected to finish this important phase after a keenly fought competitive process.

The Q1 show flat, designed by Martin Xuereb and his team, includes a SCIC kitchen from Satariano.
